Please read these Terms strictly before engaging with our services or purchasing any products from opsim.ma.
1. Digital Products Refund Policy
Strict NO-REFUND Policy: All sales of digital products (including scripts, Shopify themes, WordPress assets, and any downloadable items) are final. Because digital products are instantly delivered and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the download is available.
2. Project Development Terms & Payments
- Upfront Payment (Advance): To begin any custom web development or branding project, an upfront non-refundable advance payment of 40% to 50% is strictly required.
- Non-Refundable Advance: This upfront payment is entirely non-refundable, as it secures our time and covers the initial phases of the project.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance (50% or 60%) must be paid in full immediately upon project completion and before the final handover.
- Post-Delivery Refunds: Once the project is reviewed and handed over to you, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, even after several days of delivery. The project is considered complete once the final balance is paid and access is provided.
3. Support & Maintenance
We provide ongoing technical support and answers to your questions. However, support does not include major free reconsiderations or new feature development after the handover. Only simple and logical modifications within the initial scope can be considered.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase on opsim.ma or paying an advance to start a project, you fully acknowledge and agree to these Terms, the Payment Structure, and our strict No-Refund Policy.
5. Disclaimer & Liability
Liability Waiver: Once the project is delivered and access is handed over, Opsim and its developers (Houssam) hold no responsibility for your account passwords, private emails, or any sensitive security information. The client is solely responsible for managing and protecting their credentials and data security after the handover.
